Overview

Fulton Greene replaced an underused parcel on Fulton Street with a 23-story, 163-unit residential building sized and detailed for the block around it rather than for maximum short-term yield. The project moved from permitting through final walkthrough on a single continuous schedule. Every phase was closed out and inspected before the next began, and lenders received weekly progress reporting for the full duration of construction — a practice Developing NYS applies across its active portfolio.
